This dedicated group of men and women assist the Sheriff's Offices throughout the County of Napa when the need arises for unique talents of horse and rider. Though the Posse's primary function is the performance of search and rescue, they are activated during local emergencies, such as floods, as an integral part of the public service team. Whether involved in the charitable or civic events, local parades, or lending a hand to deserving organizations, the Posse takes pride in their support of the community.
